About PromptArchitectAI
I didn’t come from tech. That’s exactly the point.
I’m a Health & Safety professional with over 30 years of experience — as both a practitioner and consultant. When ChatGPT appeared in the news in late 2022, I spent an entire day exploring it. Within a days, I’d worked out what most people still haven’t: the prompt is everything.
With no formal AI training and no computer science background, I taught myself prompt engineering from scratch — at a time when almost nothing had been written about it. What started as curiosity became a genuine craft.
Today I work across the full AI stack. Claude is my primary model, with Perplexity and ChatGPT alongside it. I’ve built nearly two dozen custom Claude Projects — personal AI assistants for Health & Safety practice, Excel guidance, intelligence briefing, and critical thinking. I self-host large language models locally using LM Studio, and I design system prompts for private, offline AI deployments. I don’t just use AI. I architect it.
My background as a trained Internal Auditor to ISO 19011 shapes how I approach prompt engineering — with the same standards and process discipline I apply professionally. I think simply, break problems into component parts, and build prompts that are structured, repeatable, and precise. Where accuracy is non-negotiable — Health & Safety legislation, compliance, professional advice — every prompt is engineered to cite sources and provide referenced outputs. Not just answers. Evidenced answers.
The prompts in this library are built from real professional use. Take the consulting discovery framework — a four-part system engineered across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, each version tuned to that platform’s reasoning style. Client situation analysis. Pain point deep dives. Stakeholder mapping. Current state assessment. These aren’t generic templates. They’re structured professional tools.
That’s the PromptArchitectAI difference. Every product is precision-engineered, not just written — and built in platform-specific versions, because a prompt architect knows that the same instruction doesn’t perform equally across all models.
Who this is for: SMEs, independent consultants, and professionals — particularly in Health & Safety, project management, and advisory services — who want to work smarter with AI without needing a computer science degree to do it.
Also available: bespoke system prompts — custom-engineered to your specific role, workflow, or compliance requirements. If you need a prompt that works the way your profession demands, get in touch.
